Firmware/Driver/Software Downloading Agreement
You should carefully read the following terms and restriction before installation or use of any firmware, software program or drivers ('Firmware/Software/Drivers') from INTRACOM TELECOM. All Firmware/Software/Drivers available for downloading from INTRACOM TELECOM's website are for INTRACOM TELECOM's products only. The downloading and use of any Firmware/Software/Drivers constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not download or use any of INTRACOM TELECOM's Firmware/Software/Drivers.
1. LICENSE.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Software License Agreement, INTRACOM TELECOM hereby grants you a restricted, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to use the INTRACOM TELECOM's Firmware/Software/Drivers only in conjunction with INTRACOM TELECOM's products. INTRACOM TELECOM does not grant you any license rights in any patent, copyright or other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to INTRACOM TELECOM .
2. NO WARRANTY.
The INTRACOM TELECOM's Firmware/Software/Drivers are provided 'AS IS' without warranty of any kind. INTRACOM TELECOM does not warrant that the functions contained in the INTRACOM TELECOM's Firmware/Software/Drivers will meet your requirements or that the operation of the INTRACOM TELECOM's Firmware/Software/Drivers will be uninterrupted or error-free. INTRACOM TELECOM hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the INTRACOM TELECOM's firmware/software/drivers, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
3. NO LIABILITY.
In no event shall INTRACOM TELECOM or any other party which has been involved in the creation, production, or delivery of the INTRACOM TELECOM's Firmware/Software/Drivers be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from or related to this Software License Agreement or the INTRACOM TELECOM's Firmware/Software/Drivers, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages or losses , including but not limited to damages for lost profits or losses resulting from business interruption or loss of data, regardless of the form of action or legal theory under which the liability may be asserted, even if advised of the possibility or likelihood of such damages.

Before the driver installation please make sure that the netMod is not connected to your computer.
- Unzip the file 'nMsetup322_NET_ML.zip' in a new folder.
- Run the file SellLangMsetup and after the language selection choose 'Install'.
- After the successfull completion of the installation connect the netMod to a USB port on your computer.
Attention in case the computer had a previous version of netMod drivers, then you must run the file 'selLangMsetup' and choose the option 'Uninstall'.
Complete the installation according to the instructions that appear on screen.
Windows 2000/XP
- Firmware upgrade
First upgrade netMod's Firmware with the latest one, see Firmware upgrade
- By clicking Software Driver a zipped file (2.26 MB) is ready for download to your PC.
- Unzip this file in a temp directory and run the selLangnMsetup.exe.
- Uninstall any older software driver version.
- Then run the selLangMsetup again and select language (English)-->next -->yes -->next and 'install', in order to install the new drivers.
Follow step-by-step the installation wizard instructions
On the screen with the option 'install' or 'remove' the driver select 'remove'.
Connect the netMod to your computer via the USB cable and the 'Add new hardware wizard' will appear in order to help you install the netMod USB.
Windows 98/ME

Make sure that you have pluged the netMod USB in one of your PC's USB ports.
- Unload older software driver versions
- In Windows Explorer, open the directory C:Windowsinfother
- Delete the files mdmintra.inf and INTRACOM S.A.nmusbcdc.inf
- Update system properties
- Right mouse-click on
- Choose Properties
- Select the Device Manager tab
- Double-click on Universal Serial Bus controllers, and select the INTRACOM netMod USB ISDN Modem Ver. 2.4. Click on the Remove button to delete the old driver settings.
